Travel
Get here any way you can. Plan ahead! The more efforts made to car pool or caravan the less burden we have on travel impacts, & road trips are FUN!

Tip 1: Use your resources! Some universities have a caravan pool to support students and faculty to travel to events and conferences. However, you must plan early to make sure driver certification classes and deadlines are met. Also, Check with local rental places to see if they can give you a discount.

Tip 2: Apply for scholarship funds today! Often times money is available from departments, organizations, and Student Government Associations to go to conferences. More info in the Travel Tips.

If you are having trouble financing your trip check out our Travel Tips for ways to help get funding. If your fundraising has been fruitless you can apply for a travel scholarship.
